- Every unit is sold as-is, where-is. Contents are not itemized or guaranteed.
- No buyer premium
- What you bid is what you pay when paying cash. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees to the winning bid.
- Payment methods
- Payment is due in cash at pickup. There is no online payment processing; payment is handled at pickup through Eagle Eye Secure Storage according to the pickup instructions.
- $100 refundable cleanup deposit
- Every winning auction requires a $100 refundable cleanup deposit, paid at pickup in addition to the winning bid. It is refunded after the unit contents are completely removed and the unit and pickup area are left clean and free of debris.
- Payment timing
- Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction closing.
- Pickup and removal
- Contents must be removed and the unit emptied and swept clean by 4:00 PM Alaska time on the third business day (Monday–Friday) after the auction closes, unless a different deadline is posted on the auction. Failure to remove contents by the deadline may forfeit the cleanup deposit and the contents.
- Bidding and increments
- Every auction uses a flat $10 bid increment. You enter the most you're willing to pay, and the system automatically bids on your behalf in $10 increments only as needed, up to your maximum. Maximum bids are private. If two bidders enter the same maximum, the bidder who entered it first remains the high bidder.
- Soft close
- A bid placed in the final minutes extends the closing time by three minutes so every bidder has a fair chance to respond.
- Bids are binding
- A placed bid cannot be retracted. Non-payment may forfeit the cleanup deposit and bidding privileges.
- Cancellations
- Auctions may be canceled at any time, including if the storage lien is paid or resolved before the auction closes.
