Auction Terms

Sold as-is

Every unit is sold as-is, where-is. Contents are not itemized or guaranteed.

No buyer fees

The winning bid is the price. We do not add buyer premiums or platform fees.

Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction closing.

Pickup

Units must be emptied and swept clean by the posted pickup deadline.

Cleaning deposit

A refundable cleaning deposit may be collected at pickup.

Bids are binding

A placed bid cannot be retracted. Non-payment may forfeit bidding privileges.
